Here are some frequently asked questions regarding billing!

Who should I contact about billing issues?
All billing questions should be emailed to cs@blackcardmarketinggroup.com. We will forward your email to accounting and respond to your email on file.

Will I automatically be billed at the start of the next quarter?
Yes, this is a 24 month agreement. It is paid quarterly. This payment must be settled at the start of each quarter. We will process the next quarterly payment automatically on the start of the next quarter.

Are there taxes on The MissingLink™ Program?
Residents of Canada will pay the applicable Provincial HST. For example, in Ontario, the GST is 13% and must be paid by all residents of the Province.

Are there any benefits to paying the full 24 month fees at once?
Many clients, in an effort to force them to stick with the program and/or having a desire to save money often will pay the entire 24 month fee at the beginning of the program. Those who do receive two very special bonuses. First, they save 25% of the program fees AND they receive a full hour, one on one with Gerry Robert live (in person or by telephone.) If this option makes sense for you please send an email to cs@blackcardmarketinggroup.com.

Do you provide a refund or guarantee?
There are no refunds or guarantees in this program. The reason is simple. We do not want to give you an “out”. Either you will stick with this or maybe you should reconsider. Once we begin, we want you to have 100% success with our program. Providing refunds and guarantees only exasperates things. Also, we are a proven entity. Gerry Robert is a leading marketing expert and has a 25 year track-record. We know he delivers. What we don’t know is if you are serious enough to stick with this and follow the proven path.
